By submitting the planned 2024-2025 school calendar(s) the LEA attests to compliance with the Regulations Governing the School Calendar and Length of the School Day (200-RICR-20-05-1) to ensure the provision of a minimum school year of one hundred and eighty (180) days and to define the length of the school day for purposes of R.I. Gen. Law ยง 16-2-2 to ensure that the school day is comprised of adequate instructional time for students.
In addition to this data collection, please email a PDF of the tentative LEA calendar to back2school@ride.ri.gov by July 1, 2023.
