Abstract:
Transitions are an integral part of the day in the Early Childhood classroom and are often considered simply “what we need to do to prepare for the next activity”. In this Next Steps session, we will explore creating intentional transitions that support learning in all of the RIELDS domain areas. Using transitions as a planned component of the curriculum creates multiple opportunities for learning and more seamless navigation through the early childhood day.
