Abstract:
This professional development session, designed for Ed Coordinators and Administrators, will allow participants the opportunity to create a system of support for teachers to ensure the RIELDS come alive in their classrooms. The session is geared to supervisors who are interested in challenging their teachers in the implementation and application of their learning from RIELDS courses.  We will use interactive discussions and a sharing of ideas to ensure teachers are using the RIELDS in an intentional and effective manner and discuss ways to explicitly scaffold for teachers who may be at various levels of the WFC
