Esta introducción al marco de los estándares DLE se basa en un enfoque centrado en el estudiante y en como guiarle en el desarrollo del lenguaje académico en español. Este taller ha sido diseñado para maestros bilingües de Kínder-12, especialistas en el idioma español, administradores y personal de apoyo y les proporciona una orientación sobre la organización y los posibles usos del marco de los estándares DLE. Los participantes en este taller tendrán oportunidades para explorar el lenguaje académico con fines de aumentar el aprendizaje del español de bilingües emergentes.

This introduction to the Spanish Language Development (SLD) Standards framework is based on a student-centered approach to academic Spanish language development. This workshop has been designed for bilingual K-12 teachers, Spanish language specialists, administrators and support staff and it provides an orientation / introduction about the organization and possible uses of the components of the SLD standards framework. Participants in this workshop will have opportunities to explore academic language with the goal of increasing the Spanish language learning of their emergent bilingual students.
