SEL Community of Practice Meeting     

Target Audience:
Administrators, General Educators, Special Educators, Social Workers, Psychologists & Students in Preservice Programs

Abstract:

Come to the next SEL Community of Practice meeting to join your colleagues in learning about 10 Teaching Practices that promote SEL Skills. This meeting will involve small group discussion based on reviewing the practices and will then focus on how these can be integrated in your work.

SEL can be integrated in thoughtful, meaningful and intentional ways into your teaching and interactions with students. These 10 Teaching Practices are identified in the brief, "Teaching the Whole Child-Instructional Practices that Support Social-Emotional Learning in Three Teacher Evaluation Frameworks" from Center on Great Teachers & Leaders.

 

Attendance is FREE!
