This three hour session will focus on literary texts and the literary standards of the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). This session will afford educators the opportunity to strengthen their understanding of the PARCC ELA/Literacy data that is available to them in the Instructional Support System (ISS). It will also include an exploration of the PARCC released items and how these items foster a deeper understanding of the standards at the grade level and student expectations.
