[RIDE] - an update on automatic data transfer scheduling |

| If you use the State's automatic data transfer agent to transfer student records, please note the following update on trasfer of student enrollment and daily attendance records.
The scheduling of automatic transfers should take place in the morning, or when attendance has been collected. It is also important that the Enrollment be submitted on a daily basis, prior to Attendance. The order of the transfers should be: Enrollment, Attendance, and then the remaining collections. The others can occur in any order and at any time of the day.
Health is starting to analyze this data on a daily basis so it is important that this is done correctly for it to be incorporated into the daily reports.
