[RIDE] - cohort data review/update |

| This is to inform you that we have added an exit class - 'different cohort' - to this application.
A couple of districts presented records and evidence that few students should be in a different cohort, which the State system did not show. In such cases, you may move these students into this new exit category - they will be likewise removed from graduation calculations.
We will make last minute updates to the instructions as well.
