| Reminder to complete the Nonpublic October Membership Collection (ES-F500):
Firstly, we would like to thank all the nonpublic schools that have completed the October Membership enrollment form (ES-F500) for the 2007-08 school year.
For those schools that have still not had the opportunity to submit this form, we kindly ask that you login to eRIDE (http://www.eride.ri.gov) with your supplied account information to complete this collection.
