| In follow up to the August 2, 2006 memo from Ken Swanson, Director of the Office of Special Populations, the eRIDE application to upload the Parent Survey data file is now available for your use. As a reminder, this data file will contain information regarding students' demographics, mailing address, and primary home language. Submission of this data is required no later than Friday, September 15, 2006. Please include all active special education students between ages 3-21. In cases where the address is unknown, please indicate as "UNKNOWN" in the record field name "ADDRESS1".
