RIDE - downloading demographic files for State Assessment |

| A couple of districts asked if they can download the demographic files into Excel for ELA and Math for verification. We have enabled this feature to LEA data administrators with the understand that you will use the downloaded files for data viewing and printing purposes only; the Assessment office will NOT accept completed demographic files in Excel unless you have been OKed by the Assessment office at RIDE.
You will not be able to use this feature if you do not have Microsoft Excel on your PC. This feature is not available to school principals.
To download, simply click on 'Download ELA to Excel' or 'Download Math to Excel' and save the records with a file name that identifies the type of demographic records (e.g., ela2004.xls) in Excel workbook format.
