RIDE - thank you for submitting the Spring Rosters! |

| This message is sent to all LEA personnel who worked on the Spring Roster submissions.
By 4/2 Friday, all except the following LEAs have successfully submitted and/or signed off their Spring rosters:
Coventry
School for the Deaf
Paul Cuffee
Blackstone Academy
Compass School
We are now verifying the rosters you submitted, will notify you if we find any errors or significant discrepancies.
In the meantime, please make sure you perform the following checks:
1. have you checked and resolved the duplicates?
2. have the rosters been signed off by school principals, district superintendents?
3. have you faxed/sent copy of the submission summary forms to RIDE?
4. have you signed off/locked the rosters on eRIDE?
If you need a school's roster to be unlocked or general assistance, please call the Assessment Office at 222-4600 x 2101.
If you need assistance resolving the remaining duplicates, please call the Assessment Office or my office x 2240 for Scott.
