RIDE - another update on submitting the Spring rosters |

| This update is sent to all LEA personnel who are working on the roster submission.
If you fail to submit the records in a file, check your file for formatting and try again. When this happens, zero records are submitted. We also noticed that your data submission may also fail due to any network problems, in which case you may have a partial submission (some records were submitted, some weren't). When this happens, please contact Scott Gausland at 222-4600 x 2240 to have the partially submitted records removed first before you try again.
One helpful tip is to make sure the student counts by school match what you have inside the Excel spreadsheet each time you perform a data submission.
It is also a good practice to run 'Update Student Counts' each time you make any changes to the rosters.
