RIDE - assigning user access to the Spring Roster submission application |

| This message is sent to all LEA MIS personnel who manages user access rights on eRIDE.
The application for the LEA to submit the Spring Rosters has just been activated and delivered to all users who worked on the data submission of last October and December student enrollment rosters.
To view and change the user access to this application, please do the following:
1. click on 'user accounts' in your portal;
2. click on 'spring student roster for state assessment' from the user group pulldown menu.
This will list the users currently assigned for this application. To remove a user from the list, click on the user, click on 'drop' next to the application. To add a user to the list, find the user by name, click on 'add' next to the application.
This is a critical step to take to ensure appropriate user access because of frequent changes in work responsibilities over time.
