| All requests for RIDE helpdesk support will now be provided by the RIDE Helpdesk, at:
https://support.ride.ri.gov/
Any requests for support, including those that previously were e-mailed to helpdesk@ride.ri.gov or called in to 401-222-8400, should now be entered into our user-friendly RIDE Helpdesk Support System. The RIDE Helpdesk provides support for all RIDE data systems, including RIDEMap portal systems and eRide portal systems. The RIDE Helpdesk team operates from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on weekdays.
