bus monitor variance report-update |

| Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that beginning with the submission of the November bus monitor report, you are no longer required to calculate the percentage of emergency procedures used each month. The system will automatically calculate this number once you have provided the required information on the rest of the form. Please call Patti Durfee at 222-4273 if you have any questions.
Also, a reminder for those districts with students on the statewide transportation system. Please be sure to add statewide numbers to your district numbers before submitting a bus monitor report. Since statewide numbers may vary from month to month it is important that you check the number that is provided with the district invoice each month before you submit the district bus monitor report.
