||[RIDE] - eDC, deadlines, and WebEx info
The eDC data has been updated with the latest records from DHS today.
Remaining key dates for the TCS submissions, grades 3-7, are:
-Tuesday, May 29, to Tuesday, June 5: Teachers review their rosters (as of May 18), make edits as necessary, and sign off.
-Wednesday, June 6, to Friday, June 22: Principals review teachers' rosters, make edits as necessary, and sign off.
The initial submission of the program file is due on Wednesday, June 13th. Included in this submission are EIS, Homeless, and PLP records. For information regarding EIS please see: http://www.ride.ri.gov/OSCAS/Documents/Attachments/EIS%20memo%202012.pdf. At the end of business on June 13th the program file submission will be closed. Any necessary updates between June 13th and June 28th will need to be done by emailing the HelpDesk, email@example.com. The EIS, Homeless, and PLP reports are due by end of business on Friday, June 29th.
Response required via email by Friday, July 6th at 3pm. Which method do you wish to use for October roster NECAP labels? Do you prefer to populate the SY 11-12 schcode_next field or do you wish to submit SY 12-13 enrollment data? If we do not obtain a response from you by the deadline, your district will default to submitting SY 12-13 data. Your response should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating which method you prefer to use. If you choose to submit SY 12-13 enrollment data for the NECAP roster labels, the data is due by 10am on Wednesday, August 15th. Please note that charter schools are required to upload a SY12-13 file for the NECAP labels due to lotteries.
Your final submissions for the end of the year are due on Wednesday, July 18th. Included here are enrollment, attendance, and discipline submissions. If schcode_next was chosen for NECAP roster labels then the schcode_next field must be filled out. Reports are due by 3pm on Monday, July 30th.
