Good afternoon, Please see the following: If your district would like to have RIDE contact teachers about the Roster Verification process through a district email address, please provide RIDE with the teacher’s contact information via the spreadsheet listed here by Friday, January 27th, 2012 at 3pm: https://www.eride.ri.gov/doc/TCS/TCS_TeacherEmails.xls. The completed file should be emailed to the eRIDE HelpDesk at helpdesk@ride.ri.gov. Also, please make sure that all principals with students in grades 3-7 in your district have active eRIDE accounts associated with the correct school for this school year. If they do not have an account – please create one for them and then send us an email letting us know that we need to activate the account(s). If you find that there are active principals that should not be active, please let us know so we can deactivate the accounts for you. Principals will need to verify teacher rosters through eRide beginning in February. Additionally, principal information should be up to date in the school profile.
