[RIDE] - EOY reports are due today |

| Good morning,
EOY reports must be signed/faxed (or scanned and emailed) by the superintendent at the district level by 3pm today:
1-Submission Report
2-Absence Un-excused
3-ADA - State Calculated
4-ADM - State Calculated
5-Suspensions Report - Total
6-Total Attendance - District Calculated
7-Total Membership - District Calculated
8-Truancy Report
Please make sure that you've resolved all duplicates and have exit dates and proper exit_types for all students; exit_type 00 is not allowed in the EOY submissions.
If for some reason you do not anticipate your reports being sent in by 3pm today please send us an email to the helpdesk (helpdesk@ride.ri.gov) informing us.
