RIDE - reporting the dropout data for 02-03 |

| This message updates the data managers and staff the reporting status of dropout data for 02-03.
Congratulations and thanks to the districts and state-operated schools who have uploaded and submitted the dropout data (see list below). We are currently working on the data you submitted and will contact you if we find any problems. In the meantime, please review the following:
1. have you reported for all of the schools with grades 7 and up?
2. have you sent the principals of schools with zero dropout a blank form to sign off and have the form faxed to RIDE? (new: you may now also sign off a blank form electronically as well)?
3. have all of the dropout reports (including the district report) been signed off (on paper and electronicallY)?
4. have you included the dropouts from all grades 7+, including the 12th grade?
