Follow the instructions that appear on your screen. ------------------------------------------------------- To join the audio conference ------------------------------------------------------- 218-486-1611, passcode 4357 (help) We will discuss the March 14th and March 16th deadlines outlined here: As has been discussed, the new funding formula, which goes into effect in FY 2012, updated the reference year for education-aid calculations to one year prior to the year in which aid is paid (RIGL 16-7-16 [11]). To obtain additional information for consideration by the General Assembly, we are collecting March 16, 2011, average-daily-membership data. This membership data will be annualized and will assume that any student who is a member as of March 16 will continue to be a member of the LEA through June 30, 2011. Final data will include adjustments for charter- and state-school enrollments for the following school year. To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting, please designate the following responsibilities to your key staff members and make sure each of the following reporting requirements is completed and signed off by the deadline dates: -eRIDE district calendar must be updated to reflect adjustments for snow days. -Enrollment file upload is due by 10 a.m., Monday, March 14, for funding-formula calculations. In this upload, the following five fields must be updated and accurate: enroll_type, enroll_date, exit_date, lunch, and distCode_res. The upload process will be closed at 10 a.m., at which point data managers must resolve duplicates. Data managers will have until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, to resolve the remaining duplicates. -Signed reports are due on Wednesday, March 16. The “ADM – State Calculated,” “Snapshot, as of date 3/16/11,” and “Submission” reports must be reviewed, signed, and faxed or scanned/e-mailed to RIDE once the duplicates are at zero. Your data are to be submitted for your district and schools through the RIDE Information Services Portal Web site ( For detailed information, click on State Reporting on the left-hand side; you will see a list of scheduled reports or data that are either open or closed for submission, as well as detailed instructions on how to submit each report.
