[RIDE] - Oct Reports, School Profile Module, Nov Reports, and WebEx info |

If you have not sent your district level submission and snapshot reports in yet, please do so as soon as possible. The snapshot date should be October 1, 2010 for the snapshot report.
There is a new module called "School Profile"; data within this module must be reviewed to ensure an accurate and timely online publication of the 2010-2011 Educational Directory. It is necessary to update the information currently on file for your school district. Please update all of the incorrect or missing information found. If you need to open, close or change a school name, please use the forms link at the top of the application. The information must be updated and completed no later than Friday, November 5th. The official online release of the 2010-2011 Educational Directory, will be on Monday, November 8th.
The At-Home Instructed, June Graduating Class, and Non-Certified Class reports are due on Friday, November 12th, 2010. There is an electronic sign-off for these reports. If you have faxed the reports in already, please also make sure that you have signed off online.
As a reminder our WebEx sessions for Tuesday, November 2nd, and Tuesday, November 9th are cancelled. We are holding a session this afternoon at 2pm and also on November 12th at 10am instead, and then continue with our regularly scheduled sessions on Tuesday mornings at 9:30am.
