[RIDE] - IMPORTANT - Duplicates and Demographic Diffs |

This is a reminder that you need to review and correct your duplicates and demographic differences prior to printing / sending in your signed-off reports; both numbers should be at zero. There are several districts that have contacted us regarding duplicates with other districts, please note that not correcting your data will cause an invalid number in your district’s membership. Dr. Ken Gu will be extracting the data at the end of business on Monday, November 1st; building the official October 1st snapshot data file for public reporting and the demographic file for NECAP.
