| Colleagues,
RIDE requires information regarding physical restraints occurring in individual schools.
This message has already been forwarded to district administrators of special education and district data managers.
Federal and state law requires that each LEA report to the SEA all incidences of physical restraint at the school level. You may access the collection instrument at:
