sped ed census duplication has started |

| This morning, we ran the special education census duplication process. The following districts have duplicates and should work with the corresponding district or charter school to resolve the duplicate.
Barrington
Bristol Warren
Cranston
DCYF – I will the school involved in this duplicate.
Exeter West Greenwich
Johnston
Middletown
Providence
Warwick
West Warwick
South Kingstown
Simply sign onto:
Special Ed Reporting
Click on the View next to your submission that says ‘True’
On the next screen that comes up: click on ‘Check for Duplicates’
On the next screen you will the list of districts that have the same student listed.
Click on: View more details for this student and you will see the services listed with the dates.
Please resolve the duplicates on your census today.
