This session will discuss how program leaders, including Program Coordinators and Administrators can develop a stronger system of staff support.  The following will be discussed: ongoing support and supervision; organizational structure; core competencies; staff evaluation; program-wide professional development plan; orienting, supporting and supervising volunteers.
