The training will include:
- an overview of the technical systems including test management, scanning, and scoring
- sessions with RIDE content specialists in math, ELA and science to learn what content is covered on the fixed form assessments and which standards are included in the test construction tool
- Professional Development on scoring constructed response items
- report interpretation.
The format of this training is similar to an educational conference--there are sessions throughout the day on the above topics. Please see the attachment below for a schedule of sessions. Educators can attend any of the sessions in the morning, afternoon, or both, but need to attend one of the Systems trainings. Register for the morning (even if you plan to stay all day) or the afternoon (if only attending for the afternoon).
