New Nutrition Standards: Introducing a Menu for RC
Target Audience:
Small Residential Child Care Institution NSLP and SBP Sponsors
Abstract:
RIDE's Child Nutrition Program office will introduce a cycle menu developed specifically for group homes and similar small residential sites that operate the school meal programs. The menu was developed to conform with the newly adopted Meal Pattern and national Nutrition Standards. RCCI-sponsoring organizations will be afforded the opportunity to adopt this menu in lieu of developing a menu on their own.
