Eval Workshop for Personnel Eval TEs -Non-RI, Sout
Target Audience:
All personnel evaluating teachers in non-Rhode Island Model Districts
Abstract:
This 1 day session (8:30-3:30) will build off of previous trainings and further support non-Rhode Island Model evaluators with high quality implementation of the student learning component of their evaluation and support system.
During the workshop evaluators will collaborate through calibration exercises, deepen their assessment literacy as it relates to SLOs, and improve their fluency in providing actionable feedback.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
Participants will need their guidebooks and a laptop for this interactive training.
