Evaluator Workshop for Personnel Eval BAs - West

Target Audience:
All personnel that evaluate only building administrators (All Models)

Abstract:
This 1 day session (8:30-3:30) will build off of previous trainings and further support evaluation system leaders to collaborate through calibration exercises, deepen their assessment literacy as it relates to the SLO process, and share best practices for developing building administrators. Workshop participants will also engage in an evaluation system data analysis with their colleagues. Similar to both Models, the training is grounded in the concept that building administrators’ central role is that of an instructional leader.

FURTHER INFORMATION: Personnel that evaluate both teachers and building administrators should register for the Summer Evaluator Workshop (for Personnel Evaluating Teachers). Individuals that evaluate both teachers and administrators will complete an online module (and are not required to attend or register for multiple in-person workshops).

Participants will need their guidebooks and a laptop for this interactive training.
