Two-day rigorous training (8:30-3:30 each day) seeking to prepare personnel evaluating building administrators to conduct effective school visits and accurately rate performance, lead professional feedback conversations, approve Student Learning Objectives, and engage with the Educator Performance and Support System. All staff that are new to the Rhode Island Model and plan on evaluating building administrators in the 2013-2014 SY are required to successfully complete the Academy.
