This intensive training for educational leaders (Education Coordinators, Administrators, Special Educators, Principles etc.) of early care and education programs builds upon the core elements of implementing a Standards-Based Classroom and focusses on the common components of a high quality Standards-based program, having a program philosophy, design and implementation of written plans and procedures, systems of staff support, program level family engagement and assessment frameworks. Attendees will come away from the training having begun development of a continuous Program Improvement Plan.
This intensive training series will consist of 5 modules for a total of 18 hours. Participants must have received a certificate in Implementing a Standards-Based Classroom prior to attending.
