Target Audience:
Teacher Assistants, Teachers, Education Coordinators, Administrators

Abstract:
Early language experiences are critically important to success in achieving literacy. In this session we will discuss and explore the continuum of experiences that support children in developing phonological awareness and strengthen practices that support children's understanding of the connections between spoken and written language. Specific experiences for children will be shared and modeled, and resource materials for early educators will be shared.
