School Food Service Directors & Managers
Abstract:
USDA has new meal pattern requirements for the School Breakfast Program which take effect July 1, 2013. The RIDE Child Nutrition Program is offering training to school food service directors & managers on:
- Understanding and implementing the new USDA School Breakfast Program meal patterns, and
- Understanding and calculating the creditable amounts of grain in breads, cereals, etc.
MaryJo McLarney, RD from USDA Regional Office will be presenting this training.
