How to Conduct Verification and Report the Results

Staff responsible for Verification and subsequent reporting
Abstract:
We continue to strive to improve accuracy of meal benefit eligibility determinations without hindering access to meals or overly complicating program administration.
Verification and subsequent reporting remain important aspects of managing meal benefit eligibility determinations. Since 2004, we have moved from receiving paper summary reports from school districts to the receipt of electronic report submissions through our on-line CNP Connect system.
We are offering training to those involved in the verification process or verification reporting.
You are encouraged to send the staff responsible for verification and/or compiling and reporting the results to one of two training sessions on September 27, 2012.
