Abstract:
Administrators and early education supervisors recognize that teaching staff are their greatest resource and that effective supervision and support is the key to staff performance, staff retention, and positive outcomes for children. This workshop will focus on (1) the elements of an effective supervision system and (2) improving skills associated with high-quality, reflective supervision.
