We have begun our pilot phase of the project and are looking forward to the next steps including our summer and fall scale up phases.  Two training sessions have been scheduled to help prepare the local school VLMM team members wishing to utilize the modules during their summer programs.  The training sessions have been scheduled for Monday, June 18^th and Thursday, June 21^st.  Teams need only attend one session.  The members of the team should include a site coordinator, the curriculum director, the math department chairperson, the guidance counselor, a math lead teacher or coach, and others as determined by the site team.  During the training sessions, team members will work together to suggest an initial list of students for enrollment.  During summer scale up phase, VLMM team members will also participate in a focus group or survey that TechComm develops to provide information to help us better understand the implementation of the VLMM.
