In order to deploy the IMS in Fall 2012, LEAs choosing to use the IMS will need to provide staff to be trained as trainers during Spring 2012. Additional training dates for LEAs choosing to postpone the IMS deployment will be posted as they become available. Lunch will not be provided. Please plan on bringing lunch or buying one locally.

Number of Administrative Users from each LEA:  LEAs can train up to 3 Administrative Users. Administrative Users will maintain and configure both the Primary IMS and RtI Module. LEAs do not need to fill all three seats if their implementation plan is smaller in scale and/or availability of qualified staff is an issue.

Selecting Appropriate Personnel to be Administrative Users and LEA Trainers: Administrative Users: must be personnel who have the technical skills and availability to manage and configure both the Primary IMS and RtI Modules with the LEA. Regardless of implementation plan, training for Administrative Users will cover both portions of the IMS.
