School districts are currently submitting staffing information to RIDE via the Personnel Assignment Process. This process is being redesigned to allow districts to report staffing information for instructional and non-instructional staff members, which is required by federal and Board of Regents guidelines. This new system, the Personnel Assignment Collection, will streamline our data-collection efforts. The Personnel Assignment Collection will be a stand-alone system, accessed via e-RIDE.
This is an initial information session which will highlight the changes to the collection and will help districts prepare to transition into the new collection process. It is critical that each LEA attend this session so that everyone can understand the changes and prepare to transition into the new system.
