TWO-day (consecutive) rigorous training (8:30-3:30 each day) seeking to prepare personnel evaluating building administrators to conduct effective school visits and accurately rate performance, lead professional feedback conversations, approve schoolwide Student Learning Objectives, and engage with the Educator Performance and Support System.  All staff that plan on evaluating building administrators in the 2011-2012 SY are required to successfully complete the Academy.   The Academy will require participants to bring a computer with wireless connectivity capability.
